The ichetik is an evil fey, related to the vodyanoi. It lacks most of the vodyanoi's powerful abilities, and is itself much smaller, though it it still just as green and warty as its relative. It is a mischievous and often malicious fey that greatly enjoys floods and other water-related natural disasters that cause harm to mankind.
Unlike other, greater aquatic fey, the ichetik is a coward, and tends to attack small children or drunken adults, usually launching its attacks from the behind, using is spell-like abilities first. If it loses more than half original hp, the ichetik flees.
