Environment: The deepest pits of Hell Orgranisation: Solitary CR: 8 Treasure: None Alignment: Neutral Evil Advancement: - Level Adjustment: - The Antalant, there is only one, is an ancient evil, locked into the pits of Hell by gods-know-what. It is tall, gaunt, and grisly. Mainly humanoid, but with disgustingly misshapen features, bloated, tentacle-like off-shoots, and long fangs.
Scream(Ex)-The Antalant will, at the beginning of a fight, let out a horrendous scream. So boneshaking and disconcerting that any who hear it must make a fortitude save (DC 15), or run away in terror.
Awful Gleam(Ex)-In the eyes of the Antalant is an awful gleam, one that suggests horrendous perversions and deeds. Those that see this gleam straight on, usually by looking the creature in the eyes, must make a will save (DC 19) or become nothing more than a jittering mass of flesh.
Darker Side(Ex)-An Antalant is often called "The Pesuader". This is because he will try to persuade others to join the fight for evil. He will often stop fighting someone to try and talk them around to his view.
*The Antalant's damage reduction, unlike other DR, cannot be overcome by anything other than holly wood.
