I intend to post this (very) incomplete FAQ to this newsgroup on a regular basis and accept comments and additions from everyone there (or here), if you've got something you want to add then let me know, if something is wrong then let me know.

This FAQ will not get completed if everyone doesn't help.

All contributions will be attributed to you if you submit them, and web-addresses can be included as well. I will not however be including any email addresses in the FAQ.
