The Guide -> The Concepts -> Version 1 to Version 2

This tutorial should hopefully help people converting from UnrealEd 1 tutorials to UnrealEd 2 by giving a step by step icon/feature comparision.
1 - Add Brush 22 - Snap Scale Brush

14 - Curved Stairs Builder 35 - Show All
15 - Sheet Builder 36 - Hide S
16 - Camera Mode 37 - Hide Z-Axis What was this ever meant to do?
17 - Zoom Mode What the Hell did this do? 38 - Vertex Snapping
18 - Brush Rotate 39 - Get Help Never worked, probably never will
19 - Brush Skew Use Vertex Manipulation instead 40 - Camera Speed
20 - Brush Scale 41 - Toggle Grid Mode
21 - Brush Stretch 42 - Toggle Rotation Grid
Notes

20, 21 and 22 are all the same function, but the snapping of the grid depends on whether you have the Grid Mode on or off (41). 20 - Brush scale actually scaled all 3 axis at once, which technically the new function doesn't do.

You should also note that a lot of stuff has been added that is not shown here.
